Our lawyers have successfully litigated against some of the largest and most prestigious firms in the country. Since the mid-1980s our trial lawyers have litigated numerous commercial cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving director and officers’ liability, lender liability, securities fraud, common law fraud, tortious interference and breach of contract and contested foreclosures (fair value). We have also litigated many bankruptcy related cases including contested confirmations, non-dischargeability claims, preference and fraudulent transfer claims. Because we focus on these types of cases, we have extensive experience working with accounting and valuation professionals.

Bucknell Stehlik Sato & Orth, LLC is one of the very few firms willing to take complex commercial cases on a contingent fee basis. Since the mid-1980s our lawyers have frequently served as plaintiff’s counsel for debtors, trustees, committees, and litigation trusts for Chapter 11 cases.
